Hi! My name is Lianne. I have worked for Dean & Cauvin Young People’s Trust since March 2012. During this time I have completed SVQ 3 Health and Social Care (Children & Young People), HNC Health and Social Care and have graduated from The Open University after studying towards an BSc (Honours) Health and Social Care degree.

I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with and support young people in both our residential units who are preparing to transition onto independent living. I enjoy getting to know our young people and building positive relationships with them.

I am not very good at describing myself, therefore one of our young people decided to do it for me. She described me as bubbly, able to have a laugh but serious when I need to be, kind, caring and nice to be around…. So I think I will leave it at that!
