I joined Dean and Cauvin in January 2022 and stepped into the role of CEO in 2023.

As a Social Worker and Community Educator my career has spanned both local authority and voluntary sectors, focusing on direct work with children, young people, and families. I’ve also had the privilege of managing and leading services at both local and national levels.

I’m passionate about creating authentic, meaningful support that responds holistically to the challenges faced by those we serve—whether that's complex trauma and loss or social isolation, poverty, and inequality.

As CEO, I’m committed to growing and evolving our work while staying true to what we do best. That means inspiring innovation, amplifying voices, raising awareness, and influencing real change. Above all, our vision remains rooted in meeting the needs and aspirations of young people, young parents, babies, and families—today and into the future.
