Residential Worker - Chestnut Wynd
This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our team as a Residential Worker based at Chestnut Wynd, our house for young people. Situated in West Granton, our purpose-built house provides a safe and nurturing home for up to five young people aged 15-21 and a range of modern facilities and wellbeing spaces designed to help them grow, develop and make a successful transition to young adulthood.
As part of a team you will work closely with the young people we live alongside to provide the daily care and support they need and the advice and guidance to manage their health and wellbeing, independent learning and living skills, education and training needs. Our house staff also work closely with our community-based team to provide additional 1:1 and group supports to young people and to further develop their social and community connections. We work together with families, social work, health services and other colleagues to keep the strengths, aspirations and voice of the young person at the heart of all we do while ensuring their safety and welfare is always maintained.

As keyworker to a young person you will be a trusted and key individual for them, working closely alongside them to develop the help and support they need.
