Ivan Blair

Board Member

Ivan is a retired senior executive director with over forty years of industry experience of building, developing and managing investment operations, company secretarial and compliance teams across a broad range of highly regarded investment companies. He has in-depth knowledge of establishing and operating fund management structures in the UK, Dublin, Luxembourg, Sydney and the USA. He has a strong track record in managing improvement and change management projects and is recognised as a first-class leader and motivator of people.

Ivan is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He is a non-executive director of two investment companies and a trustee of another charitable trust.

Ivan is the Chair of our Finance & Resource subcommittee.
