Cauvin House – Mother and Baby Unit

Cauvin House is a residential service that provides high quality residential care to young parents and their babies.  It offers a nurturing environment to support young parents and their babies to thrive. Parents are sensitively supported to develop parenting and independent living skills, by a dedicated and highly trained staff team.

Through a personalised process parents are supported to focus on developing their parenting and independent living skills. Cauvin House is consistently assessed by the Care Inspectorate as providing very high quality, person-centred services.

Cauvin House works collaboratively with social work, health professionals and in partnership with families to provide individualised programmes that protect and promote the health and welfare of children and their parents. In addition to the residential support the young parents that leave Cauvin House will also be able to access up to 18-months intensive support through a dedicated Parenting Worker.

Cauvin House provides accommodation for up to three young women and three babies at any one time. If you are supporting someone that may benefit from our service, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss this further.
